>> K-12 School Campus Mentors, Principals, or Site Supervisors will log in with SHSU emailed/provided username and passwords. Please note that beginning in January 2023, all ISD campus mentors (or other ISD campus personnel accessing Tk20) will have their passwords reset at the beginning of the Spring, Summer and Fall SHSU semesters. If you have your email with username and temporary password, you should be able to use this through a password reset. We will be (re)contacting all mentors with this information near the beginning of each semester. At any point, please contact the Center for Assessment (see below) if you need assistance with your password or any technical process or use of Tk20.
>> SHSU Students and Faculty will log in to Tk20 with their SHSU username (usually in the form abc123) and their SHSU password (same as logging in to SHSU email or MySam). If your password does not work, you will likely need to contact IT@Sam (helpdesk@shsu.edu or 936-294-1950) to reset your password. Exceptions include certain staff members or focused content assessors.
